Jennifer Fisk talks openly about the severe anxiety and panic attacks she lived with for most of her life. Often people get anxious when they are going into a new situation. It might be a job or a friends party where their will be new people. But anxiety and panic attacks can be debilitating. Jennifer talks about her fears and her need to control everything in her life, from taking 4 pencils to a meeting in case three break to leaving her house at least a half an hour early because she knows she’ll go back to make sure she locked the door.
Jennifer is former president of the board of directors at the Canadian Mental Health Association in Niagara.
