Janice Arnoldi Tells Her Story of Bipolar Disorder

A year ago, I got 1751 pages of my clinical notes from my hospitalizations at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health. I used to think I was a good patient.  It was a shock to find out that I had been violent and verbally abusive.

I have been honoured to have so many people share their personal stories of mental health and addiction with me on Life Unscripted. Over the past 20 years I’ve talked openly about my struggles with bipolar 1 disorder. So I was really surprised how nervous I was when I sat on the other side of the mic at 610CKTB to talk to afternoon  host Walter Sendzik about what I’d learned.
